"My dream was to find a place with varied skiing that was not yet taken by the masses of tourism. It had to be by the sea to avoid long approaches and car-driving.

 

I was sailing around the Norwegian coast for two winters before I found this place.

Mountains raising straight up from the sea and untouched nature everywhere.

 

This was the place where I wanted to make the perfect base for skiers.

A boat makes exploring of remote areas possible,

 while you still can enjoy the indoor comfort after a long day out"
